Position Overview:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Event Staff Team. This position is ideal for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with families, and being part of a fast‑paced, fun environment. Event staff may be assigned to a variety of guest‑facing roles including Guest services, Retail, attractions, ride operation, Food and Beverage cashiers, F&B food handlers, sanitation team, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and help ensure a fun, safe environment
• Operate or monitor attractions, games, or activity stations
• Provide information about event schedules, directions, and farm rules
• Assist in managing lines and crowd flow during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Report safety issues, lost items, or concerns to management promptly
• Follow all safety guidelines and farm policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and peak attendance days
• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
