EisnerAmper is seeking an entry-level Accountant Associate to join our Assurance team in the United States. You will prepare engagement letters, draft confirmations, and support compliance testing and audit preparation across a range of clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting and up to 2 years of public accounting experience, with hybrid in-office requirements. Columbus is a preferred location.

• Perform compliance testing (HUD, RD, NFP).
• Prep files for audit (Bring in TBs, GLs, bank statements, other supporting docs).
• Make financial statement changes / drafts and AJEs, RJEs, ATBs / prepare final financials.
• Prepare lockdowns.
• Roll forward audit binders / prep workpapers for interim procedures.
• Update fixed asset software as needed.
• Prepare audits primarily that are "old & cold jobs”.
• Prepare financial statements.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• 150-Date/Final Graduation of December 2025 through September 2026
• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
• Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
