  • Send weekly messages to OPLs containing administrative information necessary for the smooth functioning of the program, including: schedule of deadlines for reporting hours worked; information about picking up didactic resources; reminders of deadlines for inputting attendance.
  • Prepare and update individual folders of OPLs. Folders contain attendance sheets and general OP material.
  • Supervise the entry of attendance data submitted by OPLs every week.
  • Check that time attendance on Google documents are correct and consistent with World Languages and Cultures Department's requirements.
  • Staff office at necessary times to ensure accessibility to data entry and didactic resources distribution.
  • Keep log of student workers hours.
  • Assist on the preparation of the financials section of the annual report.

Position Overview:

The Office of Oral Proficiency Hours at the World Languages and Cultures Department is seeking candidates for Oral Proficiency Office Student Assistant Coordinator.
