Requirements: Experience supporting students with disabilities with academic, personal care, and/or behavioral needs across school settings.
The Student Aide assists in the promotion of a positive learning environment under the direction of a certified teacher.
The Student Aide is directly responsible to the building principal or his/her designee. Aides working in special education are also supervised by a district administrator.
As per current Educational Support Association Agreement (ESA) as well as education and experience.
