KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is seeking a Part Time Secondary Building Aide to support arrival, dismissal, lunch, and student culture activities at a Philadelphia high school. The role ensures a safe, orderly environment that supports learning and well-being for students and staff.
The position offers approximately 20 hours per week with pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour. Applicants must complete PA State Police and PA Child Abuse background checks and have prior experience working with

As a dedicated High School Building Aide, your primary responsibility is to support the efficient operation of the school by assisting with arrival, dismissal, lunch and various student culture and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students while maintaining a conducive learning environment.
