Santa Rosa Junior College is currently accepting applications to establish a pool for associate faculty assignments. Positions may be temporary, part-time and/or on-call and may be immediate or as needed.
The district does not offer remote-only assignments and requires on-site work at Santa Rosa campuses and locations. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications in the arts or arts history, or equivalent, and demonstrate ability to serve a diverse student population.

Sick Leave Accrual: Associate faculty accrues sick leave on a pro-rated basis. Additional information can be found in Article 18 of the AFA Contract.
Retirement: SRJC offers CalSTRS Defined Benefit, CalSTRS Cash Balance and Social Security as Associate Faculty retirement options. Eligibility for each plan is determined based on prior membership status with CalSTRS.

The Art Department is the fifthlargest instructionaldepartment at Santa Rosa Junior College, withseven full-time andnumerousAssociate Faculty teaching on two campuses and several off-campus locations. Facilities include an art history lecture room and visual resources library, studios for painting, drawing, graphic design, printmaking, photography,ceramicsand sculpture.
