Roche offers a 12-week, full-time summer internship in Indianapolis, Indiana, within the Compensation & Data Excellence department. You will work on data-driven projects, analyze data, and develop analytics and reporting solutions, collaborating with a skilled biotechnology team.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $45-$50 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
