Position Overview

This entry-level position focuses on professional growth in structural engineering, supporting design and construction projects for buildings and facilities in our Government Market. Office location is flexible based on candidate qualifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in design engineering, analysis, and preparation of specifications and plans.
  2. Support construction engineering activities, including site observation and documentation.
  3. Evaluate construction for compliance with contract documents.
  4. Interpret plans to ensure design intent.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with coursework in structural engineering.
  • 0-5 years of experience; E.I. License desirable; Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, REVIT, BIM, STAAD, RISA, or similar software is desirable.
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, eagerness to learn, self-motivated, excellent communication skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel, work overtime, and collaborate remotely.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
