Job summary

Rymco LLC, the Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to greet customers, present wireless plans, and upsell phones and accessories in a fast-paced retail environment. This position emphasizes customer service, adaptability, and a proactive sales mindset.

This full-time, on-site role requires energy to drive sales and engage with customers, with training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (preferred, not required).

Earn up to $20/hour base + performance commissions. Top advocates earn up to $28/hour.

As a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate, you’ll be the face of Cricket Wireless, providing outstanding service and connecting customers with the wireless solutions that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
