Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking afternoon/night-shift caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship in clients’ homes across the community. The role emphasizes person-centered care, reliability, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Positions offer flexible afternoon/night shifts, competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $35 per hour depending on experience, and benefits such as direct deposit and ongoing training.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
