Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in related field.
• Recent MBA graduate with technically focused Undergraduate degree (i.e., STEM), OR recent master’s graduate with business undergrad.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and motivation for progression to senior roles.
• Experience in analytics, research, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Completes business objectives set with leadership during the program.
• Develops detailed, accurate research and reporting with insightful commentary.
• Conducts internal/external research projects and presents to management.
• Performs meaningful analysis to inform recommendations and strategy.
• Identifies process improvements to automate and accelerate decisions.
• Represents the business on cross-functional groups and projects.
