Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of level two machining experience.
• Operates 2-5 axis CNC/Automated machine cells with basic setup including fixtures and tools.
• Loads and adjusts CNC programs and offsets.
• Reads prints in English and applies basic dimensional specs to inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic setup operations, including fixtures, cutting tools, and CNC programs.
• Maintain product quality by monitoring and adjusting CNC offsets as needed.
• Perform inspection tasks of intermediate complexity using drawings and advanced inspection tools.
• Run production on multiple machines at once (Primary & Secondary).
