Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or welding roles.
• Experience reading a tape measure (standard and metric) and blueprints/weld symbols.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components using the MIG welding process.
• Operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch and plasma cutter, and other welding tools.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols to ensure proper joins.
• Assemble finished products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect work for defects and ensure accuracy.
• Readily take direction from supervisor and collaborate with teammates.
• Move and position heavy objects using overhead crane or forklift as required.
