Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate picking and shipments, and manage merchandise handling while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on supervision of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. We value safety and reliable operations within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of inventory control and SKU management experience.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Collaborates with all levels within the organization.
• Proficiently operates powered industrial trucks.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates performance of direct reports.
• Ensures accuracy and documentation of all outbound shipments.
• Performs operations and safety checks on powered industrial trucks.
• Promotes and enforces workplace safety protocol for department/branch.
• Provides training on processes and procedures for 1st shift employees.
• Communicates business plans and departmental goals and objectives.
• Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Supervisor Summary

Full-time | Monday – Friday 1st Shift | 6:30am – 3:00 pm, or until completion

Superintends all 1st shift warehouse activities and employees. Ensures accurate picking, shipments, and appropriate handling of merchandise. Familiar with a variety of distribution center concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

• Collaborates with all levels within the organization
• Proficiently operates a variety of powered industrial trucks
• Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g. heat/cold; noise, dust)
• Comfortable with heights (25’-30’)
