Job summary

Gordon Food Service's Wyoming, MI distribution center is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Starting pay is $20.13 per hour with raises based on production and accuracy; weekend holidays overtime may apply. You will be on your feet, lift up to 100 pounds, and train with our dedicated team.

No prior warehouse experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, read/write English, pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Assist with order processing and packaging.
• Follow safety rules and use scanners and labels correctly.
• Adapt to varying start times and workload volume.
