Job summary

LightFire Group in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker & Fulfillment Associate for 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). This full-time role focuses on accurate order picking, quality verification, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

You will locate products using pick lists or handheld devices, prepare orders for fulfillment, and support inventory checks, stocking, and safety practices. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and work instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Fulfillment: Accurately locate and pick products using pick lists or handheld devices; verify quantities and conditions; prepare orders for fulfillment.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with inventory checks, organize products, restock inventory, and support warehouse organization.
• Safety & Quality: Follow safety procedures, inspect products for damage, report issues, and maintain a clean work environment.
