Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Fairfield, OH is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Material Handler (Warehouse Picker). You will accurately pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and store inventory, and perform general labor duties. Weekly pay starts at $18/hr with a benefits package available.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Strong work ethic with punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with ladder heights up to 10 feet.
• Capable of lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory for packaging supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Replenish shipping stations and pick carts with materials for pickers and shippers.
• Replenish totes throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Prep and wrap pallets using pallet wrap and pallet jacks.
• Transfer packages from shippers to designated consolidation areas.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with using a ladder, heights of 10' are not a problem for you.
• Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 30lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review the inventory for packaging supplies and reorder as necessary.
