Würth Baer Supply Company in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center. Join our growing team to receive, put-away, pick, pack and ship a variety of laminate sheets, glue and related products; most tasks are performed on foot in a fast-paced environment. Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour (non-negotiable).

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm ET. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse experience; sit-down propane

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks).
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sit-down forklift experience (propane variety).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill/pick orders of laminate sheets, glue, and other products; most work is done on foot.
• Process orders and locate products; handle returns; on-foot and vehicular order picking.
• Operate sit-down propane forklift as required for duties.
• Process outbound orders in the shipping area with careful quantity and condition checks.
• Assist with inbound deliveries, receipts, and damage/quantity discrepancies.
• Support team with various warehouse duties including loading/unloading and stocking.

Role Responsibilities

• The majority of this role consists of fulfilling/picking orders of laminate sheets, glue, and other miscellaneous products. Most of the work is done on foot.
• Process orders, locating products, processing returns, on-foot and vehicular order picking
• SIT-DOWN PROPANE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3-PEDAL CONFIGUARATION with CLUTCH (INCHING PEDAL) + BRAKE + GAS.
• Processing outbound orders in LTL shipping area - Fast paced verification of quantities and item condition before loading onto carrier tractor trailers
• Processing inbound delivery receipts - Indicate products on receipt match products delivered, noting damages or quantity discrepancies as needed
• Working in a team environment on a variety of inbound and outbound warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading of flatbeds, railcars, and containers
• Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
• Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Other duties as assigned
