Job summary

Famous Supply in Sebring, OH, is seeking a motivated warehouse associate. Join a family-like, purpose-driven team handling unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading for delivery.

Shifts are Monday through Friday starting at 6:00am with potential overtime. Starting wage is $19–$20 per hour, with benefits including health and retirement options. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and work safely at heights.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Willing to work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Experience with reach trucks / high-reach pickers preferred.
• RF Scanners experience is a plus.

Warehouse associates at Famous Supply are responsible for any of the following tasks:

• Unloading trucks
• Receiving material
• Put-away of material
• Picking customer orders
• Staging customer orders for delivery
• Loading customer delivery trucks

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage
• Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately
• Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized

Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

Required Experience and Skills

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of a 10-hour day
• Must be capable of working at heights of up to 30 feet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Reach truck and high-reach Order Pickerexperience
• Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Experience using RF Scanners
