Job summary

Randstad USA in Kenosha, WI is hiring reliable Warehouse Associates to handle loading/unloading, sorting and packing inventory, and equipment operation. Earn $20.50/hr during peak periods with a non-peak rate of $19.50/hr, with a compressed 4-day work week and 3 consecutive days off, on 10-hour shifts 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Choose Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat when interviewed. Safety-first team with emphasis on physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) and teamwork.

Job Description: Ready for a predictable schedule and a guaranteed 3-day weekend every single week? We are actively hiring reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our team! In this role, you’ll enjoy a compressed 4-day work week while handling essential warehouse duties like loading and unloading cargo, sorting and packing inventory, operating equipment safely, and keeping our facility organized. Depending on your department assignment, your 10-hour shift will run from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. You will also get to choose your preferred workdays during the interview process, with options for Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. Earn Great Pay: $20.50/hr now through 1/2/27. Non peak rate is $19.50/hr. Enjoy Work-Life Balance: Work 4 days and get 3 consecutive days off every week. Choose Your Days: Pick between Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat schedule options. Build Your Skills: On-the-job experience with equipment operation, sorting, and logistics.
