Job summary

Grote Industries, Inc. in Madison, IN seeks a Warehouse Operations - Production Associate for 1st shift. You will assemble, fit, wire and install parts, move materials, and operate RF devices and scanners, ensuring quality and safety in a production environment.

You will release work orders into the ERP system, perform cycle counts, and assist with machine setups. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing, basic math, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs; forklift certification within 60 days

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred; technical degree a plus.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Forklift operation certification required within 60 days unless extended.
Ability to perform material handling and data entry in ERP.

Responsibilities

Assemble, fit, wire and install parts to form subassemblies or finished products.
Operate RF devices and scanners; enter data and release work orders in ERP.
Receive, stock and move materials; perform cycle counts as needed.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality per plans and standards.
Follow safety procedures; stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Assist with setups and provide basic equipment operation wherever assigned.
