St. Moritz Security Services in Cheswick, PA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Pittsburgh Regional Office. The role supports a high-profile facility with 6:30am–2:30pm shifts and an $18.00 per hour pay rate.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, surveillance, incident response, and staff assistance. Ideal candidates have prior security experience, a valid driver’s license, and must pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience preferred.
• Ability to pass PATCH state background check.
• Must successfully pass criminal background check, FBI clearances, and drug screening.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate and able to operate basic office equipment and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor entry/exit points to ensure only authorized individuals are on the premises.
• Patrols: Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols around the facility to detect security issues.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Operate CCTV systems, alarms and surveillance equipment.
• Incident Response: Respond to security breaches, alarms and emergencies swiftly.
• Visitor and Staff Assistance: Provide guidance and excellent customer service.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of security activities and incidents.
• Emergency Preparedness: Assist with evacuations and coordinate with emergency personnel.
• Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with officers, staff and contractors.
