Job summary

APX is seeking a dependable TIG & MIG Welder to support our fabrication shop operations. This role is responsible for welding and assembling metal components based on specifications and production needs.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, consistent in quality, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and technical instructions, performing TIG and MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and grinding welds for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to execute welding tasks accurately.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding, primarily on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel sheet metal components.
