Job Description:

Experienced TIG Welder & Fabricator

Are you an experienced welder with an eye for detail and precision? We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team! In this role, you will assemble and construct high-quality metal products according to precise customer specifications. If you excel at reading blueprints, mastering TIG techniques, and maintaining top quality standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welding
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex blueprints and layout specifications to position, align, and fit metal parts accurately.
• Quality Control: Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, protractors, tape measures, and squares to verify dimensions and ensure products meet strict Quality Control standards.
• Equipment Operation: Set up and safely operate fabrication machinery such as drill presses, plasma cutters, grinders, torches, rolls, and band saws.
• Safety & Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols, maintain an organized workspace, and safely move materials manually or with hoists/cranes.
• Blueprint Expertise: Demonstrated capability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and welding blueprints.
• Precision & Problem Solving: Excellent math skills, acute attention to detail, and sound logic for troubleshooting layout and fitment.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout the shift, frequently bend/twist, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
