Job summary

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy in Litchfield Park, AZ is hiring for a full-time 1st shift Shipping and Receiving associate. This role supports centralized pharmacy operations with automation to ensure fast, accurate processing while serving the community. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

The shift runs 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., four days per week (40 hours); Sundays availability is required. Candidates must meet minimum qualifications and are expected to maintain high standards of inventory control

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old required.
• 1 year experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• 1 year experience in inventory control preferred.
• Accounting processes (journal entries, P&L, cost accounting, forecasting) and Inventory Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sorter operation by managing totes and replenishing locations.
• Lifts and moves merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manages product deliveries by handling receiving docs, counting, scanning, and logging shipments.
• Maintains inventory integrity by removing damaged items and resolving discrepancies.
• Completes tasks by coordinating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing work and communicating progress.
• Ensures accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products and related paperwork.
