You will set up print jobs, prepare inks and materials, and perform routine maintenance. The position emphasizes attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Position Overview

Internal Opportunity: Screen Printer - 1st Shift

Looking for an opportunity to move to 1st shift? We're currently seeking an employee to move to our first shift Manufacturing team as a Screen Printer.

Schedule: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday

In this role, you'll operate automated screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality transfers while maintaining safety, quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring print jobs, preparing inks and materials, performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and supporting other production needs as necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in screen printing, screen making, and reclaiming preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
