Monday - Thursday 5:15am - 3:45pmThe Sanitation Technician is an integral part of our team. The Sanitation Technician reports directly to the Sanitation Supervisor and is also under the supervision of the Quality and Food Safety Director. The Sanitation technician works alongside the entirety of the Sanitation Department as well as respond and facilitate all sanitation duties, practices and responsibilities across all departments as needed. The Sanitation Technician needs to have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask per production demands and schedule(s).
