Ideal candidates have prior CNC or machine operator experience, a strong eye for detail, and a willingness to learn blueprint reading and measurement methods. This is a stable, growing company with clear paths to setup, programming, or quality roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Help troubleshoot production or quality issues.
• Follow and reinforce standard work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).

Location: Johnson Creek, WI

Employment Type: 1st shift (6:00am to 2:30pm). Flexible, plus some weekends as needed.
