Job summary

Freedom is seeking a Quality Sample Clerk for our Milton, WI production facility on 1st shift. This role supports the Quality Control team by verifying accuracy of customer samples and ensuring compliance with mockups and postal regulations.

You will follow printed instructions, report when samples don’t meet standards, complete paperwork for reprints, and handle sample stock while collaborating with Account Managers daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct mail industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to verify samples and follow postal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Verify that job samples and live jobs are correct, match the mockup and meet postal regulations.
• Communicate with Quality Control Supervisor or Manager when samples don’t meet standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for reprints, store leftover sample stock, and deliver completed samples to Account Managers daily.
