Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on Safety Engagement, Attendance and Performance.
• Must have Level 4 Operator Experience.
• Ability to go up and down steps from the second level.
• Lift yarn package - max. 20 lbs.
• Must be able to use a calculator and a computer.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and team shifts.
• Monitor machine and product performance.
• Conduct shift quality inspections.
• Perform machine setups and COAs.
• Change tufting needles and knives.
• Conduct SAP transactions.
