Onward Search is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor on-site in Milwaukee to lead daily production operations, develop the team, and drive safety, quality and productivity improvements. This temp-to-perm role requires hands-on leadership of hourly staff and effective execution of manufacturing plans.

Qualifications include 5+ years leading manufacturing teams, experience supervising hourly workers, and strong knowledge of lean principles (5S, Kaizen) with a track record of improving KPIs.
