ETS Staffing is seeking a Production Machine Operator for an in-person, 1st shift role in Vermont. You will operate and set up packaging machines, inspect products, and document daily production activity while maintaining GMP-compliant standards.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and other ETS benefits accompany a full-time schedule, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

Your day-to-day as a Production Machine Operator:

• Operate and set up production machines for packaging beverage products
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
• Document daily production activities and assist with raw material counts
• Monitor machine performance and promptly report malfunctions
• Follow safety and company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices

Your skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
• Basic technical and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
