Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 1st Shift Production Operator- Deburr in Richmond, KY. You will operate welding centers and support CNC operations, ensuring parts meet quality standards on a tight schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 1 year in manufacturing; training is provided. This full-time role requires standing for long periods and adherence to safety and ERP documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand 8-10 hours.
• Read, write, speak and understand English to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; training provided for up to 90 days.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding centers (MIG, spot, robotic, silicon bronze, manual) to produce parts per quality standards and schedule.
• Support CNC machine operation and deburring tasks as needed at Plant 11 in Richmond, KY.
• Perform quality checks and document results in the ERP system (PLEX).
• Adhere to safety rules, shop policies, and production deadlines.
