Hexagon Agility, a Hexagon Composites company, seeks a Production Machine Operator for 1st shift in Lincoln, NE. You will set up, run, monitor, and maintain machinery used to manufacture our gas-related products, following safety and process specs to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have hands-on machine experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Shift may include overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year operating production or manufacturing machinery required.
• Two or more years of machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with setup, changeovers, adjustments, and monitoring performance preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot basic maintenance and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and progress, adjust as needed within procedures.
• Follow SOPs, process specs, and work instructions to produce quality products.
• Read operating instructions and safety manuals to ensure proper use.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments as trained.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment records.
