Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Production Lead to steer the chocolate production process from start to finish. You will ensure each piece meets our quality standards, train and support team members, and maintain accurate records using SAP to keep operations running smoothly.

You will direct a team, drive safety and efficiency, and work in a climate-controlled plant environment where you’ll experience the familiar chocolate aroma and a fast-paced, rewarding workload.

Qualifications

• 5 years of increasing leadership experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to train and lead a team to meet production goals.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, assist and train employees in a designated area or line.
• Delegate tasks and communicate with team members.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain records per guidelines.
• Perform clean-up and ensure GMP compliance and food safety standards.
• Report hazards and support continuous improvement of Food Safety Culture.
