Job summary

Quiet Capital in Hanover, Maryland, is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor. You'll collaborate with production leaders, enforce quality control measures, and ensure effective communication across warehouse teams to meet daily goals.

  • Training Schedule (through July 31): Sunday–Wednesday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM
  • Permanent Schedule (beginning August 1): Saturday–Tuesday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

What you will do

• Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team. Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on‑time completion of tasks and orders.
• Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and address any deviations promptly.
• Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals. Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Proactively communicate effectively with the inventory control team to ensure timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out‑of‑stock items and shorts.
• Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and effectively resolve issues that may impede the on‑time and accurate delivery of customers orders.
• Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership.

What you have

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36°F).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
