Armada Staffing Group is seeking a dedicated manufacturing worker to join our production team in Fort Wayne, IN. This role supports the assembly and finishing of metal components, including handling sandblasted parts and applying rubber materials.

You will maintain a clean, safe work area, follow detailed instructions, and stand for long periods while measuring, cutting, and fitting parts with hand tools. Applicants should have prior manufacturing or general labor experience and pass background

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, production, assembly or general labor experience.
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
