You will fabricate metal parts, perform exact measurements, stage stock, and cross-train on equipment. 2+ years in metal fabrication, precise measurement skills, and valid work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sheet metal manufacturing or fabrication floor experience.
• Proficiency with fractional measurements using tape measures.
• Minimum 2 years of steady physical labor history.
• Reliable with good daily attendance and safety.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Richfield, WI.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal as part of a high‑efficiency production team.
• Perform precise measurements using rulers, tapes, and layout tools.
• Stage and handle raw stock, keeping the work area organized and clean.
• Cross-train on multiple fabrication stations to widen skills.
