Job summary

Masterson Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembly Technician to join a cleanroom manufacturing environment in Maple Plain, MN. You will assemble, inspect, and package medical devices, following SOPs, GMP, and quality standards with accuracy.

The role requires at least 6 months of related production experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, medical assembly, production or related experience.
• Experience with hand tools, small components, or precision assembly preferred.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble devices, components, and subassemblies per work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
• Perform precision assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and small equipment.
• Follow GMP, quality, and cleanroom procedures to maintain product integrity.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects.
• Complete production documentation, including batch records and traceability paperwork.
• Perform kitting activities by gathering, verifying, and organizing components.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns or process improvements.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production schedules.
