Allegiance Industries is hiring for a 1st Shift Porter/Janitor in West Virginia. The role involves cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, trash removal, restroom and canteen upkeep, and assisting with basic floor care.

On-the-job training is provided as part of a stable opportunity to join an established facility services team. You should be reliable, safety-conscious, punctual, and able to follow directions from supervision.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and dexterity required.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Demonstrates professionalism in all duties.

Responsabilités

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and hand mopping.
• Gather and empty trash; service restrooms and canteens.
• Mix cleaning agents as specified; move heavy equipment or furniture as needed.
• Identify and report possible repairs and safety hazards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
