Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Indianapolis is hiring a 1st Shift Pool Technician/General Laborer for a small family-owned team. The role includes pool maintenance, renovations, and basic warehouse tasks, with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule Monday to Friday.

Earn $20+ per hour, with excellent medical benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and opportunities for on-the-job training and certifications. Overtime is likely in warmer months; location on the south side of Indianapolis offers a supportive work

Qualifications

• Able to train on-the-job and learn the trade.
• Capable of heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company pickup trucks.
• No prior experience in this industry required.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool maintenance (testing water, vacuuming pool, general maintenance).
• Complete pool renovations (installing new liners, repairing parts).
• Conduct pool closings at the end of the season.
• Assist with keeping the warehouse organized.
• Keep track of inventory and pull parts for technicians.

Pool Technician's Pay & Benefits

Pool Technician's Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8AM - 5PM
• Overtime likely during the warmer months

Pool Technician's Requirements

• The ability and desire to train on-the-job & learn the trade
• Must be able to lift heavy throughout the day and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license - You will operate company pickup trucks
