Armada Staffing Group is seeking a full-time, 1st shift associate for the Parts Department and Shipping & Receiving in Fort Wayne, IN. The role includes setting up and operating automated wire processing equipment, pulling parts and materials for customer orders, and maintaining organized inventory.

You will handle shipping and receiving duties, use Excel, QuickBooks, UPS WorldShip, and be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with common software.
• Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks, and UPS WorldShip preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated wire processing equipment for pulling and processing wire.
• Pull parts, materials, and accessories according to customer orders.
• Supply the shop with necessary tools, materials, and supplies.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, maintaining accurate records.
• Use computer systems and software (Excel, QuickBooks, UPS WorldShip) for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
