Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm

We are a leading manufacturer of metal tubular parts and machined components to custom specifications for the medical device, aerospace, and automotive industries. Our capabilities include Swiss screw machine parts, laser cutting and welding, tube fabrication, CNC milling/turning, wire EDM, and more.

Position Summary

The Production Worker is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. This role involves performing daily production tasks, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

They should be capable of identifying and resolving production issues, contributing to process improvements, and supporting overall efficiency. Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient daily operation of the facility and the safety and wellness of all team members.
• Adhere to all quality procedures to ensure product quality and patient safety.
• Maintain high morale through regular communication with plant personnel.
• Perform production tasks accurately and efficiently to support manufacturing goals.
• Apply AS9100 and FDA requirements during operations to maintain compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Work independently and collaboratively to resolve production issues and maintain workflow.
• Operate machinery as directed; identify deviations and seek assistance for adjustments.
• Load/unload parts and move materials using manual methods or material handling equipment.
• Conduct quality checks per procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Enter data accurately into the ERP system and maintain production records.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and learning new technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-4 years of manufacturing production experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry software.
