Job summary

Simon & Schuster Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ is seeking a 1st shift Order Selector Driver to support full case replenishment. You will use an order selector to move inventory safely and efficiently while meeting daily productivity targets.

You will pick and move products, return items to stock locations, label and confirm tasks with an RF scanner, and follow SOPs. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and may include OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an order selector is required.
• Drexel or turret truck experience preferred.
• Forklift and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shift.

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 1st Shift Order Selector Driver to support full case replenishment at our Riverside distribution center. This role uses an order selector to move inventory accurately and safely while meeting daily productivity goals.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and move products for full case replenishment using an order selector.
• Return products to their designated stock locations.
• Pick labels and use an RF scanner to complete and confirm inventory tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet established picking goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior driving experience operating an order selector is required. Experience operating a Drexel or turret truck is preferred.
• Prior forklift operating experience and RF scanner experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, reach, twist, and bend throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
