The role offers a set rate of $25.00 per hour with a $3k sign-on bonus, full-time benefits from day one, and 1st shift hours (Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 3 PM). This is a permanent, full-time position with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid DOT medical card is required.
• Delivery experience with a 26-foot box truck is essential.
• Experience handling manual tasks while driving is preferred.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Strong customer service focus and flexible attitude.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours and inspections.
• Comfort with road checks up to Level 3.
• Demonstrated longevity in prior roles.
• Punctual, reliable delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate a box truck up to 26 feet in a safe manner.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load and unload; organize the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage a route per leadership direction and deliver timely service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting as part of the role.

You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

This position is offering a $3k sign‑on bonus for new hires: $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

What will your job involve?

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box truck)
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading | Prioritizing and organizing your truck per schedule and needs
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting!

What are we looking for?

• Valid DOT medical card
