Job summary

Havis is seeking an Assembler-Molding on the 1st shift (7am-3pm, Monday–Friday) in Ivyland, PA. The role involves assembling vehicle accessories per blueprints, following work orders, and maintaining safety standards.

The position is full-time with a competitive hourly rate up to $24/hr and a focus on quality and efficiency within the production team. Training and cross-training across departments support a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool usage.
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow drawings or verbal instructions to assemble products.
• Assemble manufactured products according to blueprints or work orders.
• Complete assemblies in a timely manner per production schedule.
• Set up daily work according to the production schedule.
• Use hand tools including torque controlled drills and wrenches.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety and ESD standards.
