Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a warehouse associate for the West Sacramento site. You will manage inventory, operate forklifts, prepare crates, and support safe, efficient loading and shipping of goods.

The role requires basic reading/writing and the ability to work 1st shift with potential overtime. Full-time position with competitive benefits and on-site requirements at the Sacramento facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing/distribution/materials/inventory experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and precision in work.
• Must be able to operate a multi-directional forklift safely and possess a company motorized equipment license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through correct placement of product in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift and other equipment following safety policies.
• Load, crate build and stage products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Fill orders from inventory and unload/load trailers and flatbeds.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment and keep work area clean.
