Clayton Homes is seeking a Material Handler to safely operate a forklift, transport materials from the warehouse to production, and support timely operations at our Morristown facility. You will move finished product to staging, assist with inventory, and collaborate with teams.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate operation of a Forklift to transport materials from the warehouse to the production operations area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Move materials from Warehouse to operations area
• Move finished product to staging area in warehouse.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Experience with picking orders
• Previous Forklift Experience Required
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Stand-up Lift a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION

• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent peripheral and close-range vision abilities required, including close-range
