Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or similar hands‑on experience.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift.
• Ability to read a ruler and take accurate measurements.

Responsibilities

• Stack sheet steel according to production instructions.
• Measure stacked materials for accuracy.
• Stock and organize laminations by hand.
• Read and use a ruler for basic measurements.
• Assist with assembly work.
• Operate small crimping machines to attach wires.
• Operate lamination stacking equipment.
• Help square and close transformer cores.
• Move between production departments as needed.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
