Quad is hiring a Machine Operator Trainee at our CR/T facility in Hartford, WI. You will learn to operate ink production equipment and participate in the manufacturing of specialty inks and coatings. Training is paid and on-the-job, with overtime opportunities and year-round work.
The role requires mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. It is a Monday–Friday, on-site position with opportunities to grow within the manufacturing team.

Experience Preferred: Previous manufacturing, machine operating, warehouse, forklift, or industrial experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid, hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing.
